Donghuantuo coal preparation plant is a pithead coal preparation plant,which was completed and put into operation in 2002.The coal is gas coal.The throughput capacity of row coal is 1.50 Mt /a,and the washing capacity is 0.90 Mt /a.Coal preparation process: 8mm dry screening,80-30 mm composite dry separation,50-8mm dense-medium cyclone separation,8-0mm non-washing,slurry cyclone thickening classification,coarse slime high frequency screen recycled,fine slime thickening-screen bowl centrifuge and filter press recycled.With the continuous expansion of throughput capacity,the row coal production capacity has reached 4.0Mt /a.In order to improve the washing capacity of the coal preparation plant and cooperate with the improvement of mine production capacity,the three-product dense-medium cyclone of the coal preparation plant has been transformed into two-product dense-medium cyclone for the production of power coal.There are 7 coal seams that can be mined in Donghuantuo coal mine,and the raw coal in each seam is gas coal with high volatile content,high caking index,low to medium sulfur.The coal mine carries out the matching mining technology,which matching mining to three coal seams.After the raw coal is washed,it can be used as coking coal or power coal.Limited by the actual washing capacity and process,most of the raw coal has not be washed and directly sold as power coal.Low washing rate of raw coal,simple product structure and failure to make full use of high-quality coal lead the products into low grade,poor quality and weak market competitiveness,hard to adapt to the flexible coal market.This paper deeply analyzes the existing problems of coal preparation plant,based on the raw coal quality characteristic and matching mining technology,proposed feasibility study of blending low ash coal and high ash coal into product coking coal,researched the process and lower size of separation of washing coking coal and power coal,and redefined product positioning.Based on the production process and equipment of the coal preparation plant and the newly increased coarse and fine coal slime separation system,through industrial tests,draw to conclusion that which coal seams are suitable for produce coking coal and which coal seams are suitable for produce power coal,When researching and producing coking and blending coal,All raw coal is washed,The process flow adopt two product heavy medium cyclone main rewash?Separation of coarse slime?flotation.When producing thermal coal,the lower washing limit of raw coal is 3mm,raw coal is pre-pulverized,The process flow adopt two product heavy medium cyclone,thick and fine coal slime are recycled separately.A reasonable separation process is formulated.Based on the existing coal preparation plant production process,equipment and the addition of coarse and fine coal slime separation system,through industrial tests,the coal blending scheme for coking coal production and the coal blending scheme for thermal coal production are determined,and the relationship between the separation depth of raw coal and the production cost is discussed,and a reasonable separation process is formulated.The separation process system is flexible and the production mode is easily and quickly converted.According to the coal seam and washing coal quality,it can be flexibly adjusted to change the local production process and produce the products required by the market.Through the research,the former single product structure has been changed,the product quality has been improved,the product structure has been optimized,the product added value has been increased,the profit space has been improved,and the optimal balance point between the separation depth of raw coal and the production cost has been found.Through the implementation of coal preparation plant coarse,subdivision and selection link project,the replacement of a section of cyclone,changed the production mode,raw coal washing rate increased from the original 22.5% to 30%,the development of 11,12 grade coking coal blending,the increase of high-calorific thermal coal varieties,enhance the value of resources,enhance the flexibility of enterprises to respond to market changes.After the completion of slime separation system,the coal preparation plant created an output value of about 19.76 million yuan and made a profit of about 2.65 million in that year,which turned the loss into a win,reversed the situation of the enterprise's continuous losses,and obtained significant resource benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.There are 14 pictures,21 tables and 51 references in this paper.
