The supported Au catalyst shows high catalytic activity in low-temperature CO oxidation,and its catalytic performance is closely related to the properties of the support.Hexagonal boron nitride?BN?is a new type of catalytic material,which has attracted great attention from researchers due to its excellent physical and chemical properties.The research work of this thesis mainly includes two parts.Firstly,using BN as a carrier and Au as an active center to prepare a supported CO oxidation catalyst,and further improves the CO reaction performance of the catalyst by adding a second metal component.Secondly,we mainly studies the shaping process of?-Al2O3,and on this basis,explores the molding method of BN.The specific research content and results are as follows:?1?BN is processed by ball-milling technology and transition metal oxide CuO is introduced to modify the support.After ball milling,BN has a higher specific surface and more abundant surface functional groups,which can highly disperse CuO species.The composite support CuO/BN can effectively stabilized Au nanoparticles?2 nm?and inhibit their agglomeration during the reaction.The prepared 3Au-CuOx/BN catalyst showed high catalytic activity in the CO oxidation reaction,with a complete conversion of CO at 80°C.?2?Based on the foundation of the research group,we studied the molding process of the rod-shaped?-Al2O3.Using the control variable method,the influence of acid-powder ratio,kneading time,drying and roasting conditions on the compressive strength and water absorption of the sample was investigated.The?-Al2O3 support prepared by selecting the best process conditions has a great compressive strength(?120 N cm-1),water absorption??45%?,alumina purity??99%?,and all other indicators have reached the chemical industry standard.Furthermore,the BN extrusion molding process was preliminarily explored and a cylindrical BN catalyst support with a radial compressive strength higher than 140 N cm-1 was prepared.
