With the continuous improvement of mining scope,intensity and mechanization degree,serious problems of coal dust overlimit occurred in huangling No.1 coal mine,which led to the deterioration of operating environment and restricted the further improvement of comprehensive benefits of the mine.By means of theoretical analysis,laboratory experiments and field industrial tests,this paper systematically analyzed the mechanism,components and properties of coal dust in HuangLing No.1 coal mine.The results show:(1)The main chemical components of coal dust in HuangLing No.1 coal mine are C,O,Si,Al,Ca,etc.The main ash-forming components are SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,TiO2,MgO,CaO,etc.The moisture absorp,tion of coal dust increases with the peak height of si-c stretching vibration peak,and decreases with the peak height of=C-H stretching vibration peak.The wettability of coal dust increases continuously with the increase of SiO2 and Al2O3 content.The effect of NaCl,CaC12,Na2SO4 and Na2SiO3 on moisture absorption was as follows:Na2SO4>CaC12>Na2SiO3>NaCl,about 0.3%of which was the optimal concentration.The moisture absorption of coal sample increases with the concentration of short-chain alcohol,and the best effect is obtained when the concentration increases to about 2%.(2)Based on the characteristics of coal,rock and coal dust,through the determination of the wettability of coal dust,it was found that the surfactants that could significantly reduce the surface tension of water and change the surface properties of the solution were fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether series(ZFC),alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether series(WJF)and alkylates series(WJY).Chose to fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether series(ZFC)and alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether series(WJF)two kinds of surfactants as the main body,by its configuration and inorganic salts,organic compounds and polymer of LDC dust suppression agent,concentration of components in 1%0.5%2%organic compounds,inorganic salt,polymer,can effective to coal dust wetting and reunion,and the toxicity test results for non-toxic non-corrosive.(3)The dust suppressant adding system(LDJY-200/SL),composed of the reagent box,pressure balance tube,shrink tube,connection tube,throat tube and diffusion tube,is simple in structure.It can be combined with the existing spray dusting system and the dust suppressant adding system to form a combined dust suppressant device,which can automatically operate synchronously with the working face,with simple operation.In the process of underground industrial test,the total dust removal efficiency of fully mechanized mining face is 77.848%,and that of respiratory coal dust is 78.71%.After three months of operation,the removal efficiency of total dust was 65.49%,and that of respiratory coal dust was 77.11%.Total dust removal efficiency of excavation face was 66.7%,respiratory coal dust removal efficiency was 41.5%,total dust removal efficiency was 76.5%and respiratory coal dust removal efficiency was 36.6%.In particular,dust suppressant has a significant inhibitory effect on Si and Al particles,and a good removal effect on mineral particles such as aluminosilicate and carbonate mineral particles.It can effectively inhibit mineral particles containing higher SiO2,Al2O3 and CaO,improve the underground working environment,achieve outstanding technical and economic effects,and achieve good safety and social benefits.
