Microfiltration membrane is widely used in food industry,pharmaceutical industry,paint industry,biotechnology industry and other fields.Polytetrafluoroethylene?PTFE?,due to its stable physical and chemical properties,has the advantages of high thermal conductivity,good mechanical competitiveness,strong hydrophobicity and chemical stability,etc.It has become a microfiltration membrane material for separating oil substances concerned by scholars.Due to the strong hydrophobicity of PTFE.It is easy to be polluted by oi l substances,which is not conducive to improving the separation efficiency,resulting in reduced membrane life and increased operating cost.Therefore,people are committed to the hydrophilic modification of PTFE membrane to strengthen the anti-contamination performance of the membrane.In this paper,firstly,GO was assembled on the surface of a chemically modified polytetrafluoroethylene?O-PTFE?membrane by electrostatic self-assembly through vacuum filtration.The structure and properties of the membrane were examined.The effects of operating conditions such as transmembrane pressure difference,operating temperature and usage times on the anti-fouling performance of the membrane were studied by us ing kerosene to contain 0.1wt.%pigment carbon black as the separation system.SEM,ATR-FTIR,XRD,water contact angle and membrane stability test were used to characterize the structure and performance of the membrane.The results show that in GO-PTFE membrane when the GO concentration in GO modification solution is0.0045g/L,the anti-pollution performance of the membrane is the best and its steady-state flux reaches the maximum value of 88.37L/(m-2·h-1).In order to improve the stability of GO-PTFE composite membrane,polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?cross-linked GO?GO?sheets were selected.The PVA-crosslinked modified GO was self-assembled onto the O-PTFE membrane surface by vacuum filtration and the PVA-GO/PTFE composite membrane was prepared.SEM,ATR-FTIR,XRD,water contact angle and membrane stability were used to study the changes of membrane structure and performance with PVA concentration.The effects of operating conditions such as transmembrane pressure difference,operating temperature and times of use on t he anti-fouling performance of the membrane were studied.The results showed that the stability of PVA-GO/PTFE?M8?membrane was 63.91%higher than that of GO-PTFE?M2?.Under the condition of 25?and transmembrane pressure difference of 0.06MPa,the anti-pollution performance of the membrane increased by 3.2%,while the steady flux of the membrane showed a decreasing trend.
