In the context of economic globalization,various traditional and emerging industries have undergone a new round of restructuring.Chinese companies need to implement globalization strategies.Overseas mergers and acquisitions of Chinese companies are one of the important ways for them to enhance international competitiveness and improve profitability.There are different levels of financial management risks in the process of Chinese companies' overseas mergers and acquisitions.How to identify and measure the financial management risks in the M & A process and propose targeted preventive measures is one of the urgent solutions to the problem of overseas M & A.This research firstly combs and summarizes the basic theoretical knowledge and risk identification measurement methods of M & A risk management,and summarizes and combs relevant research results of M & A risk management at home and abroad.On this basis,the merger and acquisition process of both parties and the development history of both parties are analyzed.In terms of risk identification,this article analyzes in detail the multiple risk factors in the M&A process through analysis of the M&A process,financial analysis,and environmental analysis of both parties.In risk identification,build the financial risk indicator system of China Chemical M & A Syngenta,and then use AHP Measure each risk factor,and finally analyze the results.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the relevant risk prevention measures of the case companies,the effective measures to reduce the financial risk of international mergers and acquisitions are discussed.This article discusses the financial risks in M&A of Chinese chemical companies,provides a reference for Chinese companies to prevent financial risks when carrying out M&A activities,is conducive to improving the level of enterprise risk management,scientifically and rationally promotes corporate decision-making,further improves the quality of decision-making,and better prevents corporate mergers and acquisitions The financial risks encountered in the process have important practical significance.
