Research On Operation Cost Management Of M Waste Incineration Enterprise

With the continuous increase of China's population and the rapid development of social economy,the production of "by-product" garbage in people's life is also showing a continuous growth trend,garbage disposal has become one of the problems that must be solved in urban development.As a kind of technology that can reduce and recycle waste,waste incineration power generation is gradually becoming the mainstream method of waste treatment.Waste incineration project market prospect is good,the waste incineration enterprises increasingly fierce competition,the main source of revenue for the government of the garbage disposal fee subsidy and sell electricity,by a certain regulation in both cases,to achieve the profit of the enterprise,to ensure the long-term stable development of the enterprise,cost management is particularly important,even this kind of enterprise's core competitiveness.However,in the current environment,there are many problems in the cost management of waste incineration enterprises.How to carry out cost management scientifically and effectively has become an urgent problem for waste incineration enterprises to solve.M waste incineration enterprise was founded in 2016,which is an emerging enterprise less than three years old.It is full of vigor and vitality,but lacks experience in cost management.Through investigation,the author finds that there are some problems in the operation cost management of M waste incineration enterprise,especially its lack of carefulness in cost accounting.This problem also leads to a series of problems,such as the difficulty in settingcost assessment indicators,that are difficult to solve,which is the primary problem that the financial department of the enterprise is eager to solve.In this paper,the method of combining theory and case study is adopted.First of all,the theoretical methods of cost management are understood and mastered through consulting domestic and foreign theoretical studies of cost management.For M waste incineration enterprise cost accounting is not enough careful again the problem,according to its technological process is complex,indirect expenses such as huge actual situation,put forward based on homework cost method of the operation of the controllable cost management model design,it is analyzed using the model and finally put forward M waste incineration on safeguard measures of homework cost method.This paper not only theoretically enriches and expands the application research of waste incineration enterprises' operation cost management,but also provides new cost management ideas for waste incineration enterprises.In addition,it provides guidance for the follow-up development of M waste incineration enterprises,which is conducive to strengthening their internal management,making correct decisions,and improving their comprehensive competitiveness,as well as providing experience reference for other similar enterprises.
