With the continuous development of industrial automation,the automation and intelligence of slime flotation production are receiving more and more attention from the trade.In slime flotation production,chemicals are added depending on the operating experience of the flotation driver.Therefore,when the production environment is unchanged,the slime flotation performance is only related to the ability and experience of the flotation driver,and the experience of the flotation driver has great subjective initiative,and restricts the development of the automation level of coal production.The flotation process is affected by various factors,but the flotation dosing model is not ideal and cannot be applied in practice.In order to replace artificial flotation and realize intelligent flotation,the research of machine vision based flotation dosing system is of great significance to the production of slime flotation.This article introduces the research background,mechanism,process and problems of slime flotation dosing control system,and then analyzes the factors affecting slime flotation and the characteristics of slime foam.Based on the above analysis,a slime flotation dosing system based on machine vision is designed.The machine vision method is used to classify and extract the features of the flotation slime foam,and combined the parameters of the slime flotation process in a mathematical model.With the help of dose estimation,based on the detection of tail coal ash,a flotation agent reference system based on fuzzy control is designed.Finally,according to the design scheme,the hardware selection and commissioning are completed,and a slime flotation dosing control system based on machine vision is established to realize the automatic dosing of slime floatation.Based on the above analysis,this article uses a PC,camera,PLC,diaphragm metering pump and other equipment to build an automatic flotation dosing system.The system uses WinCC as the operation interface to realize the automatic adjustment of the dosing amount according to the tail coal ash given and Image feedback.The paper has 42 pictures,16 tables,and 70 references.
