The belt conveyor is responsible for the transportation of coal on the ground and underground,and is the main equipment for coal mine production and transportation.The real-time detection of coal flow on the belt conveyor is an important step in the monitoring of coal output;at the same time,the utilization of electrical energy in the process of coal transportation affects the economic operation of the belt conveyor speed control system.In view of the current problems of coal flow detection and operation energy consumption in large coal mines,this topic is based on the belt conveyor of a large coal mine in China.Based on visual technology and intelligent algorithms,the intelligent detection technology of coal flow and belt conveyor are studied.Machine energy efficiency optimization method.Around this theme,this article mainly carried out the following aspects of research:In terms of coal material image collection and processing: First,the binocular camera is used to collect the coal quantity image on the conveyor belt in real time;then,the coal quantity image enhancement and coal material recognition processing based on wavelet transform and K-means ++ algorithm are studied,and only Contains images of coal materials,used to extract three-dimensional information of coal materials.Aiming at the problem of 3D point cloud information extraction and coal volume calculation of coal material images: First,Zhang Zhengyou's calibration method is used to calculate the internal and external parameters of the camera;then,the SGBM semi-global stereo matching algorithm is used to obtain the disparity map of the coal left and right images;The Delaunay algorithm divides the coal material 3D point cloud data to obtain the coal material volume,and uses the linear regression algorithm to modify the coal material volume to obtain an accurate coal flow estimate.About the energy efficiency optimization of the belt conveyor: According to the calculation analysis,the energy consumption of the belt conveyor is only related to the operation speed and coal flow of the belt conveyor.The energy-saving optimization model of the belt conveyor based on the BP neural network is studied,and the speed regulation is obtained.Optimize the control table and perform speed control based on this table.Based on the above research methods,combined with the actual situation on the spot,according to the PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS communication protocols,thePLC control program and configuration monitoring interface are designed to visually display the overall system operation,alarm display and data storage functions to realize the overall belt conveyor Intelligent control of the system.This topic studies the coal flow detection method based on binocular vision technology and the energy efficiency optimization method of the belt conveyor,which has a great reference significance for the production,transportation and management of coal and other mineral enterprises,and is useful for realizing the coal flow of large coal mines.The real-time accurate detection and the energy efficiency optimization of the belt conveyor have a positive impact.The paper has 47 pictures,8 tables and 80 references.
