From October 26 to 29,2015,deliberated and passed at the fifth plenary session of the 18 th of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,“Proposal” advocated "the full implementation of the policy that a couple can have two children ".With the full implementation of this policy,the high growth rate of newborn babies will maintain the status quo,even get higher.In response,the growing number of infant children also brings greater market space for children's clothing.It can be said that the second child population will be the current and future children's clothing main consumption group.Around the world,as market demand in the international environment is declining,especially in adult clothing market growth,and the men's market is saturated,the rapid growth of the children's clothing market is no doubt an encouragement.It has become an emerging field in the garment industry.However,the relevant children's clothing design has not developed.This requires us to think seriously about where children's clothing design should go.Based on such market and social status,this paper studies the visual transmission function of children's wear design.This paper focuses on the project from six aspects.It starts with the research background home and abroad and current status quo,then talks about the overlapping of fashion and its design.After that,the paper focuses on the basic condition of integration of education with clothing,its purpose and significance,connotations and methods as well as its practical design of children's clothing.The paper elaborates the significance,connotation,methods and innovation of integration of education with clothing in terms of six aspects.In order to promote the realization of education and communication significance of children's clothing in regional culture,children's wear design is reflected from the perspective of children's cognition and development.The author believes that with the designers' thinking and understanding,the children's wear design in China will gradually break away from imitation.Further comprehensive use of educational elements will enable China to make a smooth transition from made in China into created in China,and provide Chinese children with garments beneficial both physically and psychologically.
