In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the increasing demand for robot flexibility in many fields has become the general trend.The traditional rigid parts limit their application due to their own limitations.Based on this,the soft robot made of flexible material which can bear large strain has attracted great attention.The tribological behavior between the soft material and the external object is an important guarantee for the soft robot to work in various environments.Surface texture technology has become an important means to study modern tribology.Therefore,in this paper,the lotus bud is used as the template,and ecoflex silicone rubber is used as the raw material to prepare the sample with the micro texture of the lotus petal surface,and the mechanical and Tribological Behavior of the sample is studied.The specific research work is as follows:(1)With ecoflex 00-30 as the raw material and the micro-texture on the surface of lotus petal as the template,the samples with the micro-texture on the surface of lotus bud were prepared by the template method on the surface of silica gel.The surface morphology of the samples was characterized by optical microscope,and it was found that the size of the micro texture was between 20 ? m and 50 ? M.The contact angle of the textured ecoflex sample is 152.4 °,which is superhydrophobic.The results show that the strain range of the material with micro texture ecoflex is larger than that of the material without micro texture.(2)Based on the coupling software of UG(Unigraphics)and COMSOL Multiphysics,the tribological simulation of PDMS samples with micro texture is carried out,and the simulation data are summarized and analyzed.(3)Based on the dual soft texture / hard specimen,tribological tests were carried out on ecoflex specimen with bionic flower bud micro texture in three lubricating medium states.The Tribological Mechanism of different thickness of lotus texture samples under different lubrication conditions was explored theoretically.(4)Based on the dual soft texture / soft specimen,the tribological tests of ecoflex with bionic flower bud micro texture were carried out in three lubrication media.It was found that under the condition of water lubrication,due to elastic deformation and other factors,the micro texture of 2 mm thick bionic lotus bud transformed from increasing friction to reducing friction,while the micro texture of 3 mm thick lotus bud transformed from reducing friction to increasing friction.The research work will provide experimental reference for improving the service performance of soft robot in multi environments.
