The worsening environmental issue has posed serious impacts on the survival of human beings and the development of economy,leading to the result that the management for regional environment has become one of the concerns for the public.The government,in the environment governing,takes people's perceived satisfaction for the environment as an important indicator for its environment-governing work.However,there are problems underlying,such as the limited means for the public to obtain the perceived information and the difficulty to quantify the public's satisfaction to the environment perceived satisfaction.On this basis,this paper proposed the concept model of human's environment perception,developed mobile APP for the collection of public's environment perception data,and,with the data collected,it constructed a computation model of public's perception for the environment,therefore making the public's perceived satisfaction computable,further conducting the empirical researches on the computation model for the public's perception over environment.The specific contents of research include:Firstly,the construction of the Human Intelligence Environment Perception Concept Model.In regard to the problems as the low degree in the obtaining of the public's environment perception and the low-level participation for the main body of environment perception,this paper proposed to divide the main body of Human Intelligence Environment Perception Concept Model with the sensor of human into three layers as the layer of application,the layer of online data management and the layer of equipment,hence getting the users to become the provider and beneficiary for the data sensing.The construction of model has enriched the ways for the obtaining of the public's environment-perception data,which provides new researching thoughts and ideas for obtaining the public's environment perception.Secondly,the design of Stacking-based Public's Perception Computation Model.Based on the problems as the big difficulties for the public's environment perception degree and its incommutability,this paper constructed the Public's Environment Perception Computation Model with the Stacking Integrated Learning Algorithms and selected KNN,GBDT and LGBM as the base learning device and XGB as the secondary learning device.The values of Model error indicator RMSE,MAE,R~2 and MAPE are 8.40,3.56,0.80 and 7.57 respectively.Compared with the single model,Stacking has a better performance in improving the accuracy in the model forecast.This model links people's feeling together with the physical environment,therefore realizing the computability of the public's perceived satisfaction level and providing new thoughts for the obtaining of the public's perceived satisfaction level over the environment.Thirdly,the analysis over the perception computation model-based regional difference.Based on the problem that it is now difficult to conduct psychological researches for the regional differences in the environment perception,this paper,based on the perception computation model and with K-means algorithms,conducted the analysis on the differences between the public's perception over the environment.It,by taking the research target of three cities with major regional environment differences as Beijing,Lanzhou and Guangzhou,obtained the K value of the cluster as 4 with the Elbow Method,categorizing the public's perception over the environment as“very satisfactory”“basically satisfactory”“not satisfactory”and“quite unsatisfactory”.Then with K-means Algorithm,it conducted the cluster analysis of the public's perceived satisfaction level and AQI values,and found out that the AQI which results in the changes of the public's perceived satisfaction level of different cities differs with one another,that is,when the AQI of Beijing,Lanzhou and Guangzhou researches 300,330and 120 respectively,the public's perceived satisfaction for the environment changes greatly from“not satisfactory”to“quite unsatisfactory”.This research allows the government to get a better knowledge over the public's requirements for the air quality,providing references for the environment-management departments of different cities to control the range of AQI.
