Lanzhou lily is a commonly used edible lily,which can be used as a good recipe for strengthening the body and curing diseases.Since fresh lily has physiologically vigorous after harvest,it is easy to produce quality problems such as rot,browning and purple,so it is the key to adopt convenient,safe and effective preservation technology.In order to achieve the postharvest control,fresh-keeping,convenient transportation,conducive to continuous in the whole process of the sales,improve the quality of fresh lily,this research adopts the phase temperature preservation technology,the Micro-environmental Modified Atmosphere and phase temperature combined with micro-environmental modified atmosphere technology,,storage environment monitoring of gas dynamics,to explore the physical quality of lily for 15 d period,browning degree and the antioxidant effect,lanzhou lily more ideal way of keeping fresh is determined.1.Lily was stored for 75 days,and the effects of cold storage?0.2±0.5??and phase temperature?-0.4±0.1??on the quality of lily were studied every cycle.Through the changes of hardness,nutrients,physiological changes and volatile substances,the comparison showed that phase temperature could delayed the hardness decline of lily,made the nutrient content at a certain level,significantly inhibited the respiratory intensity,ethylene generation rate and the release of lily's characteristic volatile substances,and the overall effect of phase temperature was the best.2.The effects of vacuum packaging and mMAP storage?0.2±0.5??for 75 d on lily were studied.By detecting the lily nutrients and the physiological change,aging and defense enzyme activity change,the results shows that the vacuum packaging and mMAP could inhibited the hardness decreased,maintained nutrient content,storage prophase vacuum packing defense enzymes and the respiration intensity,high ethylene formation rate and MDA content was higher,LOX activity after 45 d was larger,enzymatic defense ability was weak,so vacuum packaging can't more than 45 d,by contrast,stable mMAP physiological changes,high oxidation resistance,could prolong storage period around 30 d,as the best packing method.3.The effects of phase temperature and mMAP on the preservation of lily were investigated,and the changes of sensory quality,nutritional quality,physiological indicators and volatile substances were detected within 75 days of lily.It was found that phase temperature combined with micro-environmental modified atmosphere made the percentage of O2 and CO2 in the air conditioning environment between9.415.5%and 4.710.8%.Compared with micro-environmental modified atmosphere combined with refrigeration,micro-environmental modified atmosphere combined with phase temperature CO2 was higher during 1545 days of storage.Overall comparison shows that micro-environmental modified atmosphere combined with phase temperature has the lowest degree of decay,higher hardness,more stable nutrient content,and more stable physiological changes during storage,which can inhibit the volatilization of alcohols,esters and olefin,promote the release of dodecal,and prolong the dormant period of lily for more than 15 days.Therefore,micro-environmental modified atmosphere combined with phase temperature preservation method is the most ideal.4.To study the effect of micro-environmental modified atmosphere combined with phase temp erature on Browning and antioxidant system of ASC-GSH in lily.The results showed that the Brow ning degree,MDA,POD activity and GR activity of micro-environmental modified atmosphere co mbined with phase temperature were lower,and the ratios of PAL,PPO,Total phenol,T-GSH,GS H and GSH/GSSG were higher.Through Multivariate statistical analysis micro-environmental modifi ed atmosphere combined with phase temperature and the other two groups have obvious distinguis h,and micro-environmental modified atmosphere combined with phase temperature T-GSH,GSH,G SH/GSSG,PAL,PPO and total phenol content,MDA,POD,GR and small and Browning degree,difference index for T-GSH,GSH,illustrated the micro-environmental modified atmosphere combine d with phase temperature increased antioxidant effect,lily to lily Browning degree to have certain control effect.
