The instability of deep roadway is a very common problem in the process of coal mining nowadays.The existing research on the instability of deep roadway structure mostly adopts the way of theoretical analysis or numerical simulation.The research on large model physical test,especially on the whole process of instability is relatively less.However,the actual rock mass structure is affected by internal bedding and joints,which has obvious anisotropic characteristics The bearing capacity and deformation law of the surrounding rock of deep roadway are still lack of systematic and in-depth study.In this paper,the 1305 connecting Lane in the south wing of Longyun coal mine,which is 980-1020 m deep,is taken as the engineering background.The physical model test is carried out by using the self-developed test system,and the evolution law of the whole process of the instability of the deep roadway with different anchorage structures is obtained by combining the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The multi-source physical information response characteristics of the whole process of the instability of the roadway are revealed The research results are as follows:(1)The physical model test is carried out by the self-developed "whole process simulation test system of deep underground engineering structure instability" and the evolution rules of displacement field,stress field,electromagnetic field and resistivity in the whole process of tunnel instability with different anchorage structures are obtained by means of digital photography,test strain monitor,electromagnetic radiation monitor and apparent resistivity acquisition system The coupling relationship between multi-source information response and surrounding rock fracture evolution is revealed.(2)UDEC is used to simulate the instability of roadways with different anchorage structures.The evolution rules of stress field and displacement field of surrounding rock of roadways with different anchorage length,row spacing between anchors,pretension are obtained.The anchorage mechanism of anchor cable is further revealed quantitatively from the micro perspective.(3)In this paper,the stress of the surrounding rock of the rectangular tunnel is analyzed theoretically,and the analytical solution is obtained;the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock anchorage structure are analyzed theoretically,and the expressions of the reduction of the surrounding displacement of the bolt and the bolt cable support bolt are obtained;the evaluation standard of the instability of the tunnel is given by using the matter element extension method,and the calculation and evaluation of the actual engineering examples are carried out.(4)According to the analysis results of model test,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,combined with the research and field measurement of the research group in the project site,a safe,reliable and economic support mode is proposed for the roadway,and the support effect is monitored and verified in the project site.There are 60 figures,17 tables and 114 references in this paper.
