With the rapid development of urban construction and increased resource development,my country's water pollution situation has also increased.The degree of water pollution is usually based on chemical oxygen demand(COD)as a comprehensive evaluation index.At present,the traditional COD detection methods are limited by various defects and can no longer meet the requirements of my country's water quality monitoring work.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different COD detection methods and detection instruments,this paper proposes a COD detection system based on embedded technology and combined with electrochemical rapid detection method,which realizes the rapid automatic detection of water quality COD data,temperature and humidity data,and data management.This article mainly completes the design and implementation of the COD detection system hardware and software.The main work includes:(1)Propose a plan based on the background.After analyzing the current development status of COD detectors at home and abroad,according to the current problems and future development trends,a portable COD rapid detection system based on embedded technology and combined with electrochemical rapid detection method is proposed,and the overall system plan is designed according to functional requirements.(2)System hardware design.The hardware architecture takes the STM32F4 chip as the core,and controls and processes the main functional modules.Connect the water sample collection module,potentiostatic detection module,temperature and humidity detection module,LCD display module,GPRS and Wi-Fi communication module to the main control chip,and complete the circuit design to realize the construction of the COD rapid detection system hardware platform.(3)System software design.The software of the lower computer of the system includes the main program of the system,and the subprograms of system initialization,RTC clock,COD data collection,temperature and humidity data collection,communication transmission,etc.;the upper computer system adopts the B/S three-tier architecture,combined with the MySQL database Web-side data The management system realizes the functions of user remote login,viewing test data,control and management.(4)System testing and analysis.The system device is used to detect the COD value of 3 sets of standard solutions with known concentration.The results show that the higher the COD concentration,the smaller the detection error,the maximum error does not exceed-4%,and the accuracy is higher than the standard detection method specified in the national standard GB11914-89.Conclusion: The COD detection system based on STM32 has the characteristics of high precision,fast speed,and no secondary pollution.It meets the design requirements of automatic detection of water quality COD value,and can replace imported equipment to reduce the detection cost and improve the detection efficiency.
