Inspired by champagne,a sparkling wine,would jet spontaneously under the certain condition,this study designed a chain-responsive thrombolytic drug delivery platform based on black phosphorus nanosheets(BPNs),mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs),urokinase thrombolysis drugs(uPA)and perfluoro-n-pentane(PFP),used for effective thrombolytic drug delivery with accelerated and enhanced thrombolysis.In this platform,BPNs could induce hyperthermia under the irradiation of a near-infrared laser(808 nm),resulting in the accelerated release of the drug(uPA)Meanwhile,this part of the thermal energy promoted the PFP vaporization into bubbles and produced considerable shear force,so as to achieve rapid and enhanced thrombolysis(uPA,hyperthermia and bubbles).The study of the chain-responsive drug delivery system will have potential applications in the safe delivery of thrombolytic drugs and in the use of limited drugs to achieve rapid and enhanced thrombolysis.
