Laser processing is a precise and efficient method of drilling.Compared with the traditional method of drilling,laser drilling has higher precision,better quality and lower cost,and is widely used in industrial production.However,there are still many shortcomings in laser drilling,such as the large taper of the hole,the poor quality of the inner wall and the outlet,etc.In this paper,a method of multi-layer scanning and processing of micro-holes is proposed,and an experimental study on the preparation of straight holes and oblique holes on aluminum plates using femtosecond laser.In this paper,the effects of laser scanning path,laser repetition frequency,scanning times,number of feeds,amount of feed,and scanning speed on the geometry and processing quality of microholes are studied.The taper of the microhole and the quality of the inner wall were observed and analyzed,revealing the effect mechanism of multi-layer scanning on improving the effect of laser ring cutting straight hole.The results show that the multi-layer laser scanning ring cutting straight hole process method can effectively improve the entrance and exit morphology and taper of the hole.Compared with the single-layer scanning path,the taper of the hole is reduced by about 30%,and the single The zigzag processing defect of the hole scanning exit of the layer scanning path improves the roundness of the exit.In addition,according to the influence of the laser processing parameters on the drilling quality,the processing parameters of different layers are set independently to further improve the shape of the hole,reduce the taper of the hole,and improve the quality of the inner wall of the hole.In order to solve the problem of poor appearance of femtosecond laser oblique drilling,the scanning path of laser oblique drilling was optimized.The multi-layer scanning method was introduced into the process of femtosecond laser oblique drilling,and the effects of repetition frequency,scanning times,feed times,feed amount and scanning speed on the laser oblique drilling quality were studied.The results show that the increase of repetition frequency and feed frequency can effectively reduce the taper of the inclined hole,but the repetition frequency is too high will produce obvious heat affected zone.Proper matching of feeding times and feeding amount can improve the overall morphology and taper of micropores.Increasing the scanning speed will increase the taper of the micro-holes and reduce the quality of the micro-holes,but too low a scanning speed will greatly reduce the processing efficiency and is not conducive to actual production.
