Recently,Dye sensitized solar cell?DSSC?as the third generation photovoltaic devices have been paid much attention.It is low-cost,simple industrial technology and a large advantage in industrial production.The counter electrode play a really big role on the photovoltaic performance of DSSC.Metal platinum has good catalytic activity and high conductivity in the mean time it is really expensive.So developing new material of counter electrode become the focus of current research of DSSC.we try to use magnetron sputtering to layer metal Ag on the ITO,and use physical method to composites good electrical conductivity of graphite apply to the CE of DSSC.Assemble them into dye-sensitized solar cells,testing,the photoelectric conversion efficiency.The preparation methods of Ag-C counter electrodes are simple and effective.The Ag-C counter electrodes are easily prepared and have unique structure,good electrical conductivity.Large–scale preparation of counter electrodes for dye sensitized solar cell has a good application prospect.The research content is as follows:?1?We try to use magnetron sputtering to layer metal Ag on the ITO,and use pencil apply evenly,then composites Ag with graphite on the ITO.Assembling them into solar cells and we have the photoelectric conversion efficiency 1.21%.then we try to add Ti O2layer.and use pencil apply evenly.?2?We try to use magnetron sputtering to layer metal Ag on the ITO,then composites graphite with Ag-Ti O2on the ITO.Assembling them into solar cells and we have the photoelectric conversion efficiency 3.23%.Compared with the simple Ag-C counter electrode,the photoelectric conversion efficiency is obviously improved.?3?We try to use magnetron sputtering to layer metal Ag on the ITO,then use graphite solution apply evenly,then composites graphite with Ag on the ITO.and add Ti O2powder into graphite solution.Assembling them into solar cells and found he photoelectric conversion efficiency 2.37%and 3.08%respectively.Compared with pencil scraping,the graphite deposition is more uniform and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is significantly increased.?4?We try to use magnetron sputtering to layer metal Ag and Cu on the PET,then add Ti O2layer on Ag.and use pencil apply evenly,then composites graphite with metal on the PET.Assembling them into solar cells and testing,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of PET Ag-C is 2.85%and PET Ag-Ti O2-C is 2.57%,while the PET Cu-C is 2.11%.The conversion efficiency of Ag-Ti O2-C CE with PET substrate was lower than that of ITOIIIsubstrate,and it was also found that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of Cu as layer material was lower than that of Ag.
