Microreactor was originally a small tubular reactor for catalyst evaluation and kinetic study.With the development of micro manufacturing technology in the field of chemistry,"microreactor" refers to a new type of micro chemical reactor manufactured by micro processing technology,but this transformation is not only the change of size,but also the change of its characteristics.Because of its good performance,microreactor has been applied to the basic scientific research of chemistry and biology.The optimal design and numerical simulation of microreactor become one of the research fields in the future.In this paper,a variety of structural optimization and parameter changes have been carried out for the influence of the structure and reaction parameters of the microreactor on the reaction.Firstly,a two-dimensional microchannel is designed,and the catalyst distribution is optimized in the two-dimensional microchannel by topology optimization.Based on the two-dimensional model,a three-dimensional model was established and the catalytic reaction was simulated.Secondly,according to the Sierpinski fractal principle,the inlet structure of the microreactor is designed,the structure layout of the microreactor is optimized,and the influence of various parameters on the reaction effect of the microreactor is analyzed by numerical simulation.Thirdly,a two-step microreactor is designed.The effects of the width of obstacles,the gap ratio of obstacles and the height ratio of obstacles on the reaction results are compared.Finally,a tree structure based on fractal principle is designed and applied to the design of microreactor.When it is applied to the microchannel as an obstacle,the structure change of the obstacle in the microreactor is simulated.When it is directly used as a microchannel,a series of simulation and experimental studies are carried out on the microreactor.In a word,a lot of numerical simulation studies on the structure and reaction parameters of microreactor are carried out in this paper,and some better structures and parameters of microreactor are obtained.At the same time,the simulation is verified by experiments.In this paper,the design,simulation,fabrication,experiment of the microreactor and the comparison of some simulation and experiment are completed systematically,which provides an important idea for the research of the microreactor in the future.
