This paper is a preliminary design of a comprehensive processing plant that consumes 35,000 tons of Yali per year.It is planned to produce 10,000 tons of Yali juice beverage,5,000 tons of Yali vinegar and 5,000 tons of Yali wine each year.Because pear juice and pear wine are part of the pear vinegar production route,although three types of drinks are produced,most of the equipments are shared,which greatly reduces the cost of building the factory.In addition,the factory designed in this paper can adjust the production ratio of the three beverages to maximize profits according to market demand.After analyzing the current situation of planting and production in Yang xin,it is proposed to build a multifunctional factory in Yang xin County of Bin zhou City,Shandong Province.First of all,the factory site selection,and then the design principles,design program,determine the product plan and product quality standards.Second,carry on process flow demonstration,and make process flow chart.Third,the material balance,heat balance and the cost of water and electrical consumption estimate.The environmental solution and the organizational structure of the enterprise are then specified.Finally,the income analysis,the fourth year can recover the initial investment in fixed assets.
