As a simple,convenient,convenient and reliable connection method,pipeline connection has gradually become one of the main material transportation methods in various countries,and has provided a good impetus to the economic and social development of each country.At present,there are mainly two connection methods for pipeline connection,one is traditional welding and the other is flange connection.Both of these connection methods have certain disadvantages.Therefore,this article uses a new material such as shape memory alloy as the pipe connector,so that the connected steel pipes are well connected together.The use of shape memory alloy pipe connectors to connect pipes can avoid leakage caused by corrosion of the pipe joints in the traditional connection method.At the same time,the shape memory alloy has a good shape memory effect and high strength and durability to ensure a tight connection between the pipes.To prevent the pipeline from leaking.As a new type of pipe connection method,in the finite element numerical analysis of the shape memory alloy pipe joint structure,the reasonable simulation of the shape memory alloy pipe joint becomes the key.Therefore,considering shape memory alloy pipe joints as a whole and giving their corresponding constitutive relations will greatly simplify the difficulty of numerical simulation of shape memory alloy pipe joints.The specific research content is as follows:(1)According to the simulation and experimental analysis of shape memory alloy pipe joints,it can be obtained that the radial stress of the shape memory alloy pipe connector and the connected steel pipe is more uniformly distributed in the axial direction,and the hoop stress is distributed in the axial direction and the radial direction.Very uniform,and the hoop stress value is much larger than the radial stress value.Stress concentration occurs at the ends where the two ends of the SMA pipe connector are in contact with the connected steel pipe,so you can consider setting internal chamfers at both ends of the SMA pipe connector to Alleviate the stress concentration at this part.(2)Through the experimental analysis of the SMA pipe joint connection performance,at the same time,based on the SMA constitutive equation proposed by Auricchio and Taylor,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to numerically study the connection performance of the SMA pipe joint.The connection performance of the lower shape memory alloy(SMA)pipe joints provides a basis for the design of SMA pipe connectors.As a result,it was found that the stress concentration phenomenon occurred at the positions where the two ends of the SMA pipe connector contacted the connected steel pipe.As the amount of interference increases or the wall thickness of the SMA pipe connector increases,the radial stress between the SMA pipe connector and the connected steel pipe,and the ultimate axial tensile load of the SMA pipe joint increase.(3)Using ABAQUS finite element software to perform numerical simulation analysis on shape memory alloy pipe joints to obtain the load-displacement curve of shape memory alloy pipe joints,and further use the formula ? = E? to obtain the equivalent stress of shape memory alloy pipe joints-Strain curve.The SMA constitutive equations proposed through the analysis of the equivalent stress-strain curve of shape memory alloy pipe joints,and a series of numerical simulation calculations of SMA pipe joints by ABAQUS software.Correlation analysis is performed on the main influence parameters to construct its constitutive relationship.
