Compared with the traditional cast-in-place construction,the prefabricated building has the advantages of high construction speed,less labor and environmental protection.The development of the prefabricated building is a major change in the construction method,as an important industrial direction,after 2016 governments around the country are pushing hard.The prefabricated building is still in its infancy.Due to the special construction method,there are many safety risks in the construction process,and prefabricated building is an important part of the project construction,the study of security risk management has practical implications for prefabricated building.Based on the theory of safety risk management and the practical case of assembly engineering,the following aspects are studied in this paper:(1)Firstly,the theory of risk management is analyzed,this paper expounds the connotation,causes,risk management features,procedures and contents of the construction safety risk of the prefabricated building,and introduces the methods and processes of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response,the method of risk assessment is analyzed,and the characteristics of risk assessment are explained.(2)Through the study of the construction technology and construction characteristics peculiar to the prefabricated building construction,Brainstorming and risk check are adopted to determine the factors influencing the prefabricated building construction safety risk,on this basis,the index of safety risk assessment is established,and the weight value of safety risk assessment factors is obtained.Then through the establishment of the Security Risk Assessment Matrix,the security risk grade region and the security risk factor assessment index are obtained,the security risk assessment index is processed,and the main security risk assessment index is determined.(3)The construction safety risk assessment model is established based on the mould and comprehensive assessment method,and the safety risk assessment is taken as an example of an assembly type turnover house,the safety risk level and corresponding reasons of the assembly swing room project are determined,and the countermeasures are put forward according to the actual project safety management requirements.Through relevant research and methods,it can reflect the safety level of prefabricated building construction and provide some ideas for prefabricated building construction safety risk management.
