When F company uses RTO to treat VOCs waste gas,it has the problem of high gas cost and energy waste.In this paper,literature research method is used to consult relevant materials and find out the relevant factors affecting RTO gas cost.The process of RTO treating VOCs waste gas and generating gas cost is analyzed by using thermodynamic principle.(1)The thermodynamic process of heat absorption of VOCs waste gas in RTO was analyzed(2)The thermodynamic process of VOCs waste gas exothermic in RTO was analyzed(3)The mathematical model of RTO gas demand is established by using thermodynamic Van Der Waals Gas EquationConclusion:The setting of RTO operating temperature parameters and the mode of production arrangement of F company's coating line are the main factors affecting the cost of RTO gas.Standard cost method and RTO gas demand mathematical model are adopted to improve RTO operating temperature parameters of F company's coating line to save the RTO gas cost.Following are steps.(1)Using known design operating temperature parameters and meteorological chromatograph test results to determine the operating parameters of RTO before improvement;(2)The actual situation of VOCs discharged from coating line of F company was compared with the difference of design reference,and the feasibility of improving RTO operating temperature parameters was analyzed.(3)Based on the analysis of the mechanism of VOCs desorption in zeolite and spontaneous combustion reaction in combustion chamber,the optimal temperature setting parameters were selected(4)After the comparison of actual data,the RTO gas cost can be saved by 64.5%after the RTO operating temperature is improved.Using activity-based costing method,combined with the principle of profit and loss balance,this paper studies the cost of RTO gas by taking the combination scheduling mode of F company's coating line as the cost driver to get the guiding principle of optimal RTO gas cost scheduling.(1)When the VOCs concentration of F company's coating line's mixed waste gas? is equal or more than the critical concentration of RTO thermal equilibrium VOCs,and the less the combined production time of VOCs concentration ? is less than the critical concentration of RTO thermal equilibrium VOCs,the lower the cost of RTO gas.(2)When the VOCs concentration of F company's coating line mixed waste gas ?is less than the critical concentration of RTO thermal equilibrium VOCs,the less the combined scheduling time of VOCs concentration ? which is equal or more than the critical concentration of RTO thermal equilibrium VOCs,the lower the cost of RTO gas.This paper enriches the method of RTO gas cost control,A new way to control the cost of RTO gas has been found.
