Research On Resolution Patterns Of Financial Distressed Enterprises

China's economy has entered a state of new normal.All companies are in a complicated and changeable competition environment,and hence the financial risk and management risk faced by them increases day by day.Financial distress issues arise therefrom.Business leaders find their ability to govern their company,make scientific and rational decisions and resolve the crisis put to the test.This paper,based on the literature review of the related researches,elaborates the concepts of financial distress,asset restructuring,debt restructuring and bankruptcy restructuring,and clarifies their relationship.By gathering statistic data,this article then analyzes the status quo of the enterprises in financial distress in China and their countermeasures to get out of trouble.After that,as a case study,this paper discerns and analyzes how Chongqing Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.solved its financial straits,the reasons why it landed in a predicament of financial distress,the countermeasures it has taken for getting out of difficulties,and the effectiveness of these measures.On this basis,the article further teases out the resolution patterns for companies in financial distress,builds a framework of the patterns based on objects and considerations,and subsequently summarizes the features and applicable situations of each pattern.Through the methods of statistical analysis and case study,this paper provides certain reference significance and decision-making reference value for enterprises in financial distress to solve problems according to their own situations.
