| In bags of instant noodles,bread production conveyor belt,in the process of production because of instant noodles,bread front-end Fried noodles machine internal have rust,machine oil,diesel,too much water surface the mould and so on,resulting in instant noodles,bread production process,often appear bread Fried instant noodles,face raw surface pollution,face the situation of the defect,the current customer manufacturer mainly through the defect in the human eye identification of bread,if there is the oil found on the surface of instant noodles,bread,bread defect,etc.,artificial out immediately.However,artificial eye recognition will have a lot of uncertainty,in the ordinary working time will appear defects and false detection phenomenon,so consumers will have a negative view of the quality of instant noodles,and artificial eye fatigue cost more manpower and material resources.In view of the above mentioned situation,this paper investigated and developed a set of noodle cake defect detection system based on machine vision in the early stage,and used this system to replace manual noodle cake defect detection,and could remove the defective noodle cake according to the corresponding identification situation.This paper,based on the relevant theoretical basis of computer vision,combined with the actual situation of bagged instant noodle and noodle cake production line and the needs of the quality management personnel of the customer side,demonstrates each link of the visual defect detection system,and studies the detection algorithm of sandwich surface,stain surface and defect surface emphaticallyFirstly,introduce the background and research contents of the thesis.This paper briefly introduces the machine vision architecture and analyzes the application difficulties of this system in the field of industrial defect recognition.Secondly,according to the actual requirements of the quality management of the manufacturer,the overall design of the testing system is carried out.Determine the software design platform and visual hardware building platform.Then,the detection algorithm of defect cake and stain cake is discussed in detail.Finally,the realization of the defect detection system of instant noodle cake is introduced.In this paper,MFC under the Windows platform was used to complete the preparation of the testing software framework,according to the instant noodle cakedefect detection algorithm to develop the function of the software system,and designed the man-machine interaction interface that is easy to be operated by field personnel,assembled the experimental prototype,and analyzed the effectiveness of the visual detection system function.Face detection system based on machine vision,it is suitable for different size of the defect inspection of instant noodles,bread,and 24 hours of operation,reduced the factory personnel configuration,and could help identify problems the surface defects of instant noodles,bread,sure it after put into use can bring good economic value and social value. |
