As a new type of energy,nuclear energy is regarded as one of the great inventions of human beings because of its advantages of safety,economy and cleanness.The production of radionuclides in the use of nuclear energy can not be avoided,which will inevitably produce radioactive waste water.Countries around the world pay special attention to the treatment of radioactive waste water.There are many kinds of radioactive waste water materials in the operation of nuclear facilities and the disposal of nuclear waste.Among the Prussian blue compounds,ferrocyanide has high mechanical stability,chemical stability and radiation resistance,large specific surface area and pore diameter,strong binding capacity for Cs+,Sr2+,Co2+plasma.It plays an important role.In this paper,KNiCF,KCo CF,CaALG-KNiCF and CaALG-KCo CF were studied to simulate the adsorption of radionuclides.Taking the removal effect of Co2+as an index,the influence of p H,the amount of adsorbent,adsorption time,initial concentration and temperature on the adsorption effect was discussed,and the adsorption mechanism of the four materials was analyzed.Taking feldspar as the base material,samples were fired in a high temperature furnace to synthesize the solidified feldspar containing cobalt,cesium and other elements.Mcc-1 method was used to carry out 42 day leaching experiment.For the leaching solution of the synthesized solidified feldspar,CaALG-KNiCF was used to study the adsorption.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:?1?According to the FITR spectrum,the materials of KNiCF,KCo CF,CaALG-KNiCF and CaALG-KCo CF were successfully synthesized.?2?The optimal conditions of KNiCF adsorption on Co2+are p H=5.5,0.05 g of adsorbent,240 min of adsorption equilibrium time,and 0.05 g of KCo CF,300min of adsorption equilibrium time.The adsorption process of Co2+by KNiCF and KCo CF is more in line with the quasi second-order dynamic linear relationship model,the thermodynamic model of KNiCF is more in line with Freundlich adsorption model,and the thermodynamic model of KCo CF is more in line with Langmuir adsorption model,both of which are spontaneous endothermic processes.?3?The optimal conditions of caalg knicf adsorption on Co2+were p H=6.0,0.05 g of adsorbent,420 min of adsorption equilibrium time,and p H=6.0,0.05 g of adsorbent,720 min of adsorption equilibrium time.CaALG-KNiCF is more in line with the linear model of quasi first order dynamics,The adsorption process of CaALG-KCo CF is more in line with the linear model of quasi second order kinetics The thermodynamic models are more consistent with Freundlich adsorption model,and they are spontaneous endothermic reactions.?4?The best sintering process for the preparation of?Na Al?0.544Cs0.096?Co Pb Sr Mg Cu?0.096?Zr Ce Sn?0.096Si3O8 feldspar solidified body by atmospheric pressure sintering is pre sintering at 900?,grinding and re calcining at 1000?for 2h.?5?The leaching experiments show that at 40?,70?and 90?,the leaching rate of Co and Cs elements in feldspar solidified body gradually decreases with the extension of time.The leaching behavior of Co and Cs elements in feldspar solidified body is similar.The leaching rate of Co elements is?10-7g cm-2·d-1,and the leaching rate of Cs is?10-5g·cm-2·d-1.The anti leaching ability of Co feldspar solidified body is Co>Cs.?6?The best magnetic addition of caalg knicf microsphere is 25%Fe3O4,which has a good effect on adsorbing the leach solution of feldspar solidified body.
