The pollution of heavy metal elements in environmental waters is becoming more and more serious,causing many harms to human society.At the same time,some heavy metal elements in seawater are often used as tracers to explore changes in the redox environment in the ocean,which is of great significance for studying marine geochemistry.When determining the content of heavy metal elements in some water samples,the element concentration is too low or the matrix is complicated,which will bring many effects to the detection instrument.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a method for efficiently separating and enriching trace heavy metal elements in water.In the current sample pretreatment technology,the solid phase extraction technology has good separation effect,but the processing efficiency is low and requires manual operation.In this paper,the automatic solid phase extraction device independently developed by the laboratory is used to automatically separate and enrich the heavy metal elements in the water sample,and then the content is determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to establish a new set of automatic solid phase extraction methods.For the trace heavy metal elements in fresh water,the automatic solid phase extraction method proposed in this paper can completely complete the manual operation and optimize the experimental conditions such as p H value,eluent concentration and flow rate,and can be completed within 30 minutes at the fastest.The entire solid phase extraction process.Experiments show that this method recovers the target heavy metal elements in fresh water higher than 95%,the element outflow curve is smooth,and the detection limit is 0.004-0.026 ?g/L,and the precision is 2.2%,which effectively reduces the risk of secondary pollution of the sample,Improve the accuracy of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer test.For the automatic solid phase extraction of trace heavy metal elements in seawater,this paper achieves effective separation of target heavy metal elements and salt matrix in seawater samples by improving the extraction method and using automatic solid phase extraction instrument.The method takes a short time,the recovery rate is higher than 95%,the element outflow curve is smooth,and the precision is 5.1%,which significantly reduces the risk of matrix effects when the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer tests seawater samples,and improves the accuracy of the test.
