The double-station plug sewing machine mainly includes inner bag supply,outer bag supply,opening outer bag,double layer bag forming,edge sewing and control part 6.Among them,the main function of the double-layer bag forming device is to cut a single inner bag sleeve into an open outer bag to form a double-layer woven bag,which plays an indispensable role in the whole double-position caulking machine.The quality and efficiency of the operation in the double-layer bag forming unit directly affects the success of double-layer bag making and the efficiency of double-layer bag making.Therefore,it is particularly important to design a double layer bag forming device with reasonable structure and reliable performance.In this paper,the double-layer bag forming device in the double-station caulking machine is taken as the research object,starting from the three aspects of scheme design,structure design and optimization analysis.The main research contents include the following:(1)According to the functional requirements of the double-layer bag forming device,design the corresponding structure,use Soildworks software to establish a THREE-DIMENSIONAL geometric model for it,conduct motion simulation and check the interference between various parts to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of the whole device.(2)Described and analyzed the Angle folding problem in the process of double-layer bag forming,designed the pressure inside bag part for the Angle folding problem,and carried out kinematic analysis on the designed pressure inside bag part filling mechanism,verified the consistency of theoretical analysis results and simulation analysis results,and met the use requirements.(3)ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct structural static analysis of the grip,and the maximum allowable stress and maximum deformation of the grip were obtained to meet the design requirements.After the modal analysis of the gripper,the fourth mode is found to be in the resonance region.Then the gripper is optimized and the modal analysis is carried out again.The new gripper avoids the resonance region and meets the requirements of use.(4)Multi-body dynamics simulation software Recur Dyn was used to simulate the movement of the synchronous belt wheel system in the inner pocket.It was found that after the main synchronous belt wheel stopped rotating,the synchronous belt wheel would still move for a period of time,proving that the gripper part would shake.The influence of different pre-tightening forces on the synchronous pulley system is analyzed and the proper pre-tightening forces are obtained to make the synchronous pulley system run more smoothly.The structural statics,modal analysis and flexible multi-body dynamics analysis were carried out on the basis of the structural design of the double-layer bag forming device.It provides theoretical basis and reference value for the design of the whole double-layer bag forming device.
