The medium of the oil slurry pump is high temperature oil slurry,which contains catalyst particles,and the operating conditions are relatively harsh.The life of the mechanical seal is generally not long,and leakage often occurs,which seriously affects the safety of production and operation.The cause of the leakage of the mechanical seal of the slurry pump was analyzed,and it was found that the main causes of leakage were: high-temperature oil slurry and catalyst particles at the seal of the moving ring and the bushing,which caused relative movement,blockage and even jamming of the moving ring and the bushing Die,which leads to leakage of the specific pressure of the end face seal.The high temperature medium in the seal cavity causes the seal ring to thermally crack and deform,and the catalyst particles in the medium enter the friction pair and damage the seal face.In this thesis,taking the actual operating condition of a certain type of mechanical seal of slurry pump as the research object,the failure reasons of the original mechanical seal structure were analyzed from the aspects of design and use.In this thesis,the structure,material and flushing scheme of the original mechanical seal of slurry pump are summarized.The finite element analysis model of friction pair of mechanical seal of slurry pump was established by using FLUENT software in ANSYS,and the temperature field,velocity field and pressure field distribution of the seal chamber were obtained by analyzing the model through the hot-fluid-solid coupling.The heat transfer characteristics of mechanical seal are analyzed,and the influence of different widths,materials and rotating speeds on the temperature rise of mechanical seal end face is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of mechanical seal.According to the actual operation condition of slurry pump,leak reason,made clear the mechanical seal leakage monitoring system,design a set of control system based on PLC + DCS will be a single end face sealingstructure technology solutions to the double end face sealing structure,which level is the primary,secondary seal for the auxiliary seal sealed by PLAN32 irrigation schemes,the secondary seal USES PLAN53 A tank spacer circulation scheme of PLC and measuring sensor selection,implementation of the slurry pump mechanical seal isolation flushing of the temperature of the circulation system of liquid level pressure monitoring PLC is responsible for the field data acquisition and control,the completion of monitoring and control,at the same time to upload the data to DCS,remote monitoring of the system for the slurry pump mechanical seal leakage problem can be real-time monitoring,equipment operation maintenance is also greatly reduced.
