In recent years,CeO2nanomaterials have been widely used in many fields because of their unique physical and chemical structures and properties,and play an increasingly important role.CeO2nanomaterials with different morphologies have different properties and different preparation methods.Different preparation methods have different advantages and disadvantages.Hydrothermal method is the most commonly used preparation method in the laboratory at present.With the application research of composite nano materials,more and more attention has been paid to CeO2nano composite materials.The application of CeO2nano composite materials has more practical value.In order to improve the application value of CeO2nanomaterials,it is a hot topic in the synthesis,morphology control and application performance.In this paper,a variety of Ce based catalysts have been synthesized by hydrothermal method,and applied to a variety of catalytic reactions to study the influence of catalytic performance of Ce based catalysts.The specific research contents are as follows:?1?Using cerium nitrate as cerium source,nano CeO2Catalysts with microsphere,rod,shuttle and cauliflower shapes were prepared by hydrothermal method.The catalyst was characterized and its photocatalytic performance was evaluated.The results show that the change of morphology is mainly influenced by morphology control agent and precipitant;The photocatalytic activity is related to the structure and surface area of the catalyst;The order of degradation rate of fuchsin base solution was cauliflower shape>rod shape>microsphere Shape>shuttle shape.?2?A series of spherical CeO2/SiO2composite oxides with different CeO2/SiO2mass ratios were prepared by co-precipitation method,and the catalytic performance of NH3-SCR was evaluated.The results show that the structure of CeO2/SiO2with different proportion influences each other.When all the catalysts were at 350?,the no conversion reached the maximum.When the mass ratio of CeO2/SiO2is 0.5:1,CeO2/SiO2composite catalyst shows excellent NH3-SCR catalytic performance.?3?Using CeO2and CeO2/SiO2as carrier materials,Pt,Pd,Ru precious metal catalysts with different loadings were prepared by equal volume impregnation method,using fructose as raw material,DMSO as solvent,oxygen pressure 2MPa,160?After 4 hours of reaction,a one-pot one-step method using a precious metal catalyst catalyzes the synthesis of2,5-furandicarboxylic acid from fructose.The research results show that the yield of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid synthesized by Ru-Ce catalyst with a loading of 0.3%is the best.Therefore,using fructose as the starting material to synthesize 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid,0.3wt%Ru-CeO2catalyst should be selected for experiment.
