Alkylated oil has the advantages of high octane number,low volatility,no aromatics and olefins,almost no sulfur and so on.It is the most ideal clean gasoline component.Sulfuric acid alkylation technology achieves the best balance between safety and operability,and becomes the first choice of refining enterprises.In order to reduce the reaction temperature,improve the selectivity and reduce the acid consumption,the exploratory research on the development of low-temperature sulfuric acid alkylation technology has been completed according to the sequence of small-scale experiment,reactor development and pilot plant preliminary design.A set of experimental equipment for alkylation reaction has been set up,which can realize the full mixing and rapid heat transfer of acid hydrocarbon two phases.The effects of volume ratio of acid to hydrocarbon(1:1-2.5:1),molar ratio of alkene to alkene(4 —20),reaction time(3 min—25 min),reaction temperature(-3 ?—12 ?)on olefin conversion and alkylation product quality were investigated.Based on the composition data of liquid phase,the octane number of research method of liquid phase product is calculated.The experimental results show that the appropriate ratio of acid to hydrocarbon is 1.5:1,the molar ratio of alkene to alkene is 8:1,the reaction time is 15 minutes,and the appropriate temperature range is-3 ? ? 0 ?.The experimental results show that the reduction of reaction temperature is beneficial to the increase of product selectivity,but at the same time reduces the mass transfer rate of acid hydrocarbon two-phase.In this paper,the low temperature sulfuric acid alkylation reactor was developed and the scale-up evaluation experiment was carried out.In the reactor,eight kinds of fiber materials were selected to carry out weight-loss and color change experiments.According to the indifference experiment,the suitable packing density is 145 g / L;the temperature distribution of the reactor is between-4 ? and 3 ?,and the pressure drop of the reactor is less than 0.4 MPa;the influence of the space velocity of olefin,the ratio of alkene to alkene and the ratio of acid to hydrocarbon on the octane number of the product is further investigated,the results show that the trend of the amplification experiment is the same as that of the small experiment,and the results are similar.According to the experimental results of small-scale test and reactor evaluation,the preliminary design of 200 kg / h alkylation oil pilot plant was carried out,and the drawing of PFD and PID drawings and the formulation of operation rules were completed.
