With the rapid development of my country's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,my country's urban garbage output has increased year by year,and the phenomenon of garbage siege has become more serious.Garbage classification and recycling is an important way to achieve garbage reduction,recycling and harmlessness.At present,my country mainly sorts and recycles garbage by setting up garbage sorting bins in public places.However,the informationization and intelligence level of the existing garbage classification and recovery equipment is low,and people's awareness and participation in garbage classification are not high.As a result,the implementation of garbage classification in my country has not yet achieved good results.In response to the above problems,this paper designs and implements a garbage sorting and recycling system based on the Internet of Things based on the Internet of Things technology.The system is composed of five parts,namely recycling machine control system,Android large screen system,user We Chat applet,recycler We Chat applet,background management system.The recycling machine control system is used for recycling machine monitoring and data collection,which involves the opening and closing control of the recycling machine inlet and box door,the collection of garbage weight,capacity,temperature and other sensor data;the Android large screen system is used for human-computer interaction and relevant information display,mainly provides functions such as setting of recycling machine working parameters,garbage delivery business,garbage recycling business,advertising and other functions;user We Chat applet serves users,mainly provides nearby recycling machine search,scan code delivery,garbage delivery record query,environmental protection gold display and other functions;the recycler We Chat applet serves the recycler,mainly provides functions such as scan code recycling,recycling machine status query,recycling record query;background management system mainly provides personnel management,equipment management,data analysis,etc.features.Through the operation of the system,intelligent monitoring and related data collection of garbage sorting equipment are realized,which improves the informationization and intelligence of the existing garbage sorting and recycling equipment.At the same time,the system introduces a garbage delivery reward mechanism to further improve user's enthusiasm to participate in garbage classification.At the same time,in view of the difficulty in distinguishing the categories of garbage belonging to the four-class garbage classification standard currently implemented in Shanghai,this paper studies the application of the automatic question answering system in the garbage classification and recycling system,and proposes a convolutional neural network(Convolutional Neural Networks,CNN)Automatic question answering system.Through this question and answer system,we can answer the questions about the category of garbage,and then guide people to sort and deliver garbage correctly.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this subject and the current status of domestic and foreign garbage classification and recycling;secondly briefly introduces the technologies involved in system development,including Internet of Things technology,Android technology,We Chat applet technology,Spring Boot framework technology,Nginx And Tomcat technology,My SQL database technology,Redis database technology;then conducted in-depth needs analysis of the business process,functional and non-functional requirements of the garbage classification and recycling system;according to the system needs analysis,completed the overall system design,including system architecture Design,system function design,database design and communication interface design;according to the overall design of the system,the main function realization process of each part of the system is given,including the hardware and software implementation of the recycling machine control system,the Android large screen system implementation,and the user We Chat applet implementation,and implementation of We Chat Mini Program for Recyclers and Background Management System.Finally,the functional and stress tests verify the availability and stability of the system.In addition,in the application research of the automatic questioning system based on the convolutional neural network,we give the relevant background and method introduction,the construction process of the automatic question answering system,and carry out experiments on the proposed model.In order to verify the effectiveness of the CNN model,this paper conducts a text classification comparison experiment between the CNN model and the traditional machine learning model.The final result shows that the accuracy rate of the automatic question answering system built with the CNN model reaches 88.6%,which is higher than the traditional machine learning model question answering accuracy rate To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
