Graphene is a special material composed of carbon atoms.Its unique lattice structure endows it with high conductivity,thermal conductivity,high specific surface area and excellent mechanical properties,which makes it have good application potential in many fields.At first,graphene was concerned by people because of its excellent electronic properties,so its electronic application is the most extensive.Graphene oxide(go)is produced by graphite oxide and ultrasonic method.It has good dispersion in solution and can be easily reduced to graphene.Therefore,the graphene material is better used in textile processing,and the preparation of stable graphene oxide aqueous dispersion is often used to prepare graphene loaded fabric through conventional dyeing and finishing process using industrial experimental equipment.In this paper,the conductive fabric was prepared by composite loading of silver and reduced graphene oxide on cotton fabric,which made silver and reduced graphene oxide form a close conductive system on the fiber to improve its conductivity.MTHPS(melamine tetrahydroxymethyl sulfate)was prepared by the reaction of melamine and THPS(tetrahydroxymethyl sulfate)under high temperature reflux,and then the MTHPS was adsorbed on the previously prepared conductive cotton fabric to achieve excellent flame retardant effect.The product and its properties were characterized by four probe square resistance tester,X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),uv-2000 and TG.At last,the conductive and UV resistant properties of the composite cotton fabric loaded with silver and reduced graphene oxide can be obtained,and the conductive fabric adsorbed with MTHPS can have better flame retardant properties.In this paper,based on the cotton fabric and the excellent conductivity of graphene,the conductive,flame-retardant and UV resistant multi-functional textiles were prepared by the method of impregnation reduction.The main research contents are as follows:(1)preparation of RGO loaded cotton fabric: using dip reduction method,heating theloaded cotton fabric with graphene oxide(go)water bath and reducing it with hydrazine hydrate to prepare the RGO loaded cotton fabric,discussing the influence of temperature,p H and coating times on the conductivity and UV resistance of the prepared RGO loaded cotton fabric,obtaining the best preparation process and characterization,The results show that the conductivity of the RGO loaded cotton fabric is better when the soaking time is 30 minutes,the temperature is 60 ?,the p H is 7,and the reduction time is 6 hours.The infrared spectrum shows that the RGO loaded cotton fabric has been reduced to RGO by hydrazine hydrate,which is consistent with the conductivity;(2)the application of RGO / Ag composite load on cotton fabric: the RGO / Ag composite load cotton fabric was prepared by adding ago to make it reduce together with go.The influence of coating times and the conductivity and UV resistance of the RGO load cotton fabric without AG was discussed.The results showed that the samples with 5 times of coating and Ag had the best performance in both square resistance and surface resistance.(3)preparation of RGO / MTHPS loaded cotton fabric and its application in flame retardancy: melamine and THPS were synthesized into MTHPS by high temperature reflux method,and then treated to the prepared RGO loaded cotton fabric by cross-linking agent.The flame retardancy of RGO / MTHPS loaded cotton fabric was determined by directly using THPS and using MTHPS alone.It was found that the combustion of RGO and MTHPS played a synergistic role The flame retardant performance is the best.(4)the preparation of RGO /MTHPS / Ag loaded cotton fabric and its application in conducting,anti UV and flame retardant: the MTHPS is treated to the prepared RGO / Ag cotton fabric to obtain the RGO / MTHPS / Ag loaded cotton fabric,which is tested for conducting and flame retardant,and then the multifunctional textile with conducting,anti UV and excellent washing resistance is obtained.
