As a kind of effective building block,propargylamine is widely used in the formation of a series of five-and six-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.In addition,propargylamine derivatives also show actual biological activities.Therefore,development of the useful methods for the synthesis propargylamine are still demanded.The traditional A3-coupling reaction of alkyne,amine and aldehyde has been introduced using a transition-metal catalyst,such as silver,zinc,nickel,iron and copper.In this thesis,heterogeneous Fe3O4@CuSiO3nanocatalyst was designed and synthesized for the construction of diverse propargylamines by decarboxylative A3-coupling or annulation/A3-coupling domino reaction.The main content of this thesis:1)Magnetic Fe3O4@CuSiO3 nanocatalyst was synthesized by a magnetic-induced modified St?ber method under moderate magnetic field.Meanwhile,the SEM,TEM,XPS and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms of nanocatalyst were tested.?Chapter 2?2)Using magnetic Fe3O4@CuSiO3 nanoparticle as a catalyst,the decarboxylative A3-coupling reaction of?-carbonyl acid,secondary amine and alkyne was achieved to produce the desired propargylamines.Compared to the traditional A3-coupling reaction,this strategy has the below advantages:a)a small loading catalyst with simple separation,and it could be reused for several times.b)solvent-free which reflects good environmental friendliness;c)good to excellent yields of target products with a broad range of group compatibility for substrates?Chapter 3?.3)Chemoselective synthesis of the N-propargyl oxazolidines using magnetic Fe3O4@CuSiO3 nanoparticle as a catalyst,avoiding the ring opening of the product oxazolidine under general copper salts.Further investigation on improvement of the chemoselectivity of the nanocatalyst is carrying out?Chapter 4?.
