Prestressed concrete technique is applied to various fields of civil engineering, howto make the tension of the prestressed tensioning equipment and tension elongation meetthe set requirements for ensuring the engineering quality is one of the key issues inintelligent tensioning equipment research and development. Due to the influence ofvarious interference factors, the synchronous deviation of the tension and the tensionelongation always exists in practical. This topic proposed for prestressed tensioningsystem synchronization control method is studied for the sake of improving thesynchronous control of prestressed tensioning equipment precision.According to the construction standard of prestressed tensioning and the userequirement of tensioning equipment, the existing prestressed tensioning device isanalyzed. The reason why synchronous deviation exists in the tensioning equipment is dueto the limitations of control strategies. The control mode has difficulties in carrying out.The synchronous deviation could not be revised when suffering from out outerinterference. For this reason, this article puts forward some projects in whichelectro-hydraulic proportional valve is adopted as the main control valve to designedtension hydraulic system, and the application of deviation coupling control mode isconducted for controlling the synchronization system, besides, the cloud model controlleris used to correct the synchronous deviation.In order to research the synchronization deviation problem of the prestressedtensioning system, the hydraulic system with30MPa tensioning in tension is designed asthe research object. According to the necessary functions for tension, the hydraulic basicloop can be selected, thus, the principle diagram of the hydraulic system can be obtained.With the analysis of each hydraulic component, the establishment of the correspondingmathematical model and the application of Matlab/simulink software for setting up thesystem simulation model, the tensioning system simulation research can be prepared. Theestablished mathematical model of tensioning system could provide the reference for thesubsequent simulation study for prestressed tensioning system.Make the analysis among the frequently-used control modes of the synchronizationcontrol system, because the commonly used control strategy has certain limitations indesigning deviation coupling controller, and the cloud model has many advantages thataccurate mathematical model need not be established and the parameters are set withpractical demand, therefore, cloud model controller is designed with cloud model theory as the corrector of synchronous deviation to improve the accuracy of the synchronizationcontrol. According to the experience of the tension control, the selection of the input andoutput quantity of the tensioning system must be first, together with the cloud deal withthe quantity. Based on the requirement of accuracy of tensioning, the design of the cloudmodel control rules and the corresponding setting of the parameters is the following step.Lastly, the cloud model deviation controller with different parameters of the tension andtension elongation can be obtained.The use of the simulation method is to verify the tensioning system simulation modeland cloud model controller. Respectively from the stress, displacement andstress/displacement synchronization, simulation research is carried out in these threeaspects with the equivalent control system model as a comparative object. The simulationresults show that the cloud model controller added in the system helps to modify thedeviation, quick make response to step signal with less volatility in curve, reduce thesynchronous deviation of the prestressed tension control system, and improve thesynchronization control precision. The adoptive cloud model controller could be applied tothe control of double cylinder synchronization system, and also provide reference andguiding significance in the subsequent research of the multi-cylinder control of the cloudmodel.
