| The shell of revolution is widely used in modern engineering domains.Especially inthe field of pressure vessels,aerospace engineering and Marine engineering etc,the shellsbody can be applied to a larger scope.In practical engineering,these structures often workunder dynamic loads,it is necessary to consider their dynamic characteristics in theengineering design and research.he strength and stiffness of this kind of shell structureswould be greatly increased by adding rib,and the resonance response of the shell under theaction of outer exciting force would also be obviously affected.Therefore, it has greatpractice value to do research on vibration characteristics of the stiffened shell ofrevolution. In view of the deficiency of the existing numerical analysis methods of ringstiffened shells,this article set up the semi-analytic method to analysis the vibrationcharacteristics of this kind of structure,and made an intensive-study of the problems ofring stiffened shells’ vibration.The main work is listed as follows:(1)Firstly this paper introduced the basic theory and knowledge of the thin shell’svibration.Based on the theory of thin shell,the geometric equations,physical equations,theexpression of internal force and the dynamic equilibrium equation of thin shells are given.And based on the extended homogeneous capacity precision integration method,provideda theoretical basis for analyzing the vibration of revolution shells.(2)Based on the theory of linear elastic thin shell,we set up a first order differentialkinetics matrix equation of revolving shells under harmonic excitation.The characteristicequation of free vibration of revolution shells was derived by using the boundaryconditions.The natural frequency of revolving shells are analyzed.Then upon extendedhomogeneous capacity precision integration method,a high precision and high numericallystable method——precise element method was introduced. The dynamic response ofrevolving shells are analyzed.(3)By considering the interactions and displacement coordination in the joint of thering ribs and shell,combine with the matrix of ring rib over state vector transformation ofrevolution shells.Then setted up ring ribs’ integral control equation of strengtheningrevolution shells by precise element method, and provided anew semi-analytical andsemi-numerical method for analyses the vibration of the stiffened shell of revolution.In this paper, analyzed the effect of the natural frequency and dynamic response of thestiffened shell of revolution after changing rib parameter. |
