Nowadays,there are many buildings partition based on the backfill is bearing layer,if the emergence of the compaction degree is not dense,too much water content,composition of magazines more,there will be backfilled foundation uneven settlement,thus causing cracking of building wall,as well as the cause of floor cushion surface layer hollowing,cracking and even collapse.Part of the backfill foundation so as necessary,use and safety hazards brought about appear uneven settlement of buildings is what we can not be ignored,is a common phenomenon encountered in our daily life,study and so on such issues is important especially obviously.The research object of this paper is both the construction backfill foundation reinforcement and backfill settlement caused by the first layer of frame filled wall crack treatment.The experiment building in a frame structure built and put into use two years,appeared serious subsidence and cracks in the wall,and the disease is still the trend has continued to expand,so it is necessary to strengthen it.Therefore,the main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1)Based on the building damage analysis,determine the root cause of indoor ground subsidence and cracks in the wall.2)According to the existing environment and construction building site operation and other factors,the research and analysis of the reinforcement scheme of backfill soil,to determine the high pressure jet grouting pile method.3)Through the study of the mechanism of pile and engineering characteristics of high pressure jet grouting pile,determination of construction parameters of jet grouting pile,and the use of finite element modeling analysis,discussed in the different pile length,pile spacing cases,the control effect of reinforcement scheme for settlement.After the research and analysis of the above content,the results showed that:1)Due to indoor backfill not dense caused by engineering experimental building frame structure of non load bearing wall first layer horizontal fracture,can be through the strengthening of backfill and prevent indoor wall cracks continue to expand.2)High pressure jet grouting pile in the completed or is used in building reinforcement backfill scheme,is a kind of can take and effective reinforcement method.3)Can be controlled in the range specification settlement within the specified simulation analysis using the finite element software of the reinforced scheme of building,at the same time after months of good effect on observation,settlement site,can be obtained by finite element software to simulate the method of similar engineering cases is feasible.4)In the application of jet grouting pile in the specific engineering practice,simulated and analyzed by finite element software,easy to carry on the forecast to the reinforcement scheme,in order to ensure the feasibility of the scheme.
