When the speed of train tracks improved there was increasingly serious safety issues,and various complicated conditions like passing through sound barrier,strong crosswind,passing by each other on open track,passing through the tunnel would encounter during the running.those conditions caused severe vibration.t The influence of comfort on the train and lateral stability was serious.When the high-speed EMU was running on open track,Lateral stability was greatly affected badly in the intersection and gas aerodynamic loads.Lateral vibration of the EMU was caused by the Track Irregularities and aerodynamic loads.Listed the various aerodynamic vibration characteristics of conditions.To find the causes of vibration and analyze the EMU's stability under aerodynamic loads,included the data processing method of Wavelet and HHT.The surface pressure and vibration of train was collected simultaneously by building real-time detection system when trains running on the track,including meetings on open wire,passing through the tunnels,and meeting in the tunnels.Before the vibration of the train caused by aerodynamic loads was extracted,the surface pressure would be analyzed.to examine the interference on the sensor caused by the acquisition system,and the interference caused by vibration of the train,such interference was excluded.The Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT)method was applied to the performance of vibration analysis.Based on the measured data,the feature extraction of train lateral vibration under aerodynamic loads was extracted by means of the EMD and correlation analysis.First data was processed by means of noise elimination according to the effective frequency range of pressure and vibration to find aerodynamic load characteristic frequency.Secondly decomposed the data by means of EMD for data-processing analysis,to obtain the IMF of vibration signal;the correlativity of the IMF was analyzed,Then the vibration signal was restructured.The train lateral acceleration and lateral stability with aerodynamic loads and just with the track irregularity was compared and analyzed by used the sperling stability index.The results show that:In the consideration of meetings on open track and passing through tunnels,aerodynamic load frequency is mainly concentrated in low frequency.there is a significant increase in the influence of the train lateral acceleration and lateral stability than just with the track irregularity.Thus determined that the main reason for lateral vibration was aerodynamic loads on the train.
