In today's society,human beings are facing the shortage of fossil fuels and environment pollution.A variety of renewable energy power generation technology is developing quickly,and among them,photovoltaic power generation technology gradually reveals great advantages.Grid-connected photovoltaic system is the main development trend of photovoltaic generation systems.Due to the influence of light intensity,temperature and other natural factors,the output of photovoltaic system presents obvious randomness and uncontrollability.Large capacity photovoltaic power connected to the grid changed the traditional model of scheduling and brought certain difficulties to power network dispatching.Therefore,adjusting and controlling the active power output of large-scale photovoltaic power generation system to make it meet the requirements of the grid and participate in power grid scheduling is of great significance.This paper introduced the importance of the research on controlling method of scheduling of networking PV power system by means of analyzing the influence of the connecting large-scale photovoltaic power with power network,analyzed the characteristics of unbalance power between photovoltaic output power and the grid scheduling power,put forward the method of using battery-ultracapacitor hybrid energy storage system to compensate for the unbalanced power to track the scheduling curve,analyzed the typical structure of photovoltaic power generation system based on hybrid energy storage system.In the aspect of the energy management method of hybrid energy storage,a kind of double-deck energy management method based on different compensatory period was put forward to realize the reasonable allocation of unbalance power between battery and super capacitor to optimize energy state of hybrid energy storage and increase system economy.Then this paper established the goal equations of optimization of the system scheduling,taking the correlation coefficient of actual power supply curve and the given power grid dispatching curve as the optimization goal of schedulability and taking the cost of energy storage system based on the lifecycle theory as the optimization goal of economy.The niche technology and Pareto multi-objective optimization were combined with genetic algorithm to build a new Pareto genetic algorithm to solve the optimization problem.And the evaluation indexes of each solution in the Pareto optimal solution set were analyzed.Finally based on the photovoltaic prediction power and given scheduling power,this paper wrote a program in Matlab to solve the optimization problem,and chose the optimal configuration of hybrid energy storage system according to the evaluation indexes.Under the optimal configuration of hybrid energy storage,the power output and energy changes of battery and super capacitor are analyzed and the rationality and validity of the proposed energy management strategy was verified.
