The pouring concrete piles in construction process often appear such as segregation,necking,defects such as fracture,affect the bearing capacity of the pile and the upper structure safety.So in the construction of quickly and efficiently detect the defect of pile foundation,improve the quality of pile foundation engineering and safety is particularly important.In wuhan city in this paper,the male BRT chu road viaduct three standard,four standard engineering concrete filling pile testing project as the background.Carried out the following research work:(1)On the basis of collecting large amounts of data in engineering,detailed summary various defects in the pile foundation in traditional methods,provide instructive reference for engineering practice.And this paper probes into the existing shortcomings of traditional methods.(2)Analyzing influence ultrasonic determine parameters: the velocity and amplitude,the velocity and acoustic,sound and the amplitude with the relationship.On the basis of the analysis,and putting forward the PTV criterion the criterion PAD.Before the two criteria to improve the traditional criterion of false negatives,misjudgment phenomenon to bring great convenience for the actual detection.(3)In order to prove that this evaluation method is practical,based on BRT project of pile foundation in wuhan Xiongchu road is based on the test items for validation.In two types of pile defect phenomenon: common hole collapse and oblique phenomenon;With traditional methods as compared with the new criterion,the last on the results of core samples from the core of the pile foundation of the validation,proved that the new criterion better reflect the quality status of pile body concrete.Therefore,this article research results show that the new evaluation method in the evaluation of quality of pile body concrete is practical and feasible.
