| In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy and urbanization accelerated construction,urban land resources become increasingly scarce.More and more senior ultra-high-rise buildings and underground space have been developed,which must be accompanied by more deep foundation pit engineering.Supporting Methods used in the design of deep foundation pit support include row of piles,steel sheet pile,mixing piles etc.,which brings about more construction difficulty and cost.Looking for new supporting method becomes popular.This paper introduced a new supporting type of jet grouting soil anchor technology,which method has many advantages such as unrestricted length,slurry and soil mixing uniformity,large selection range of rod material,avoiding bolt manufacturing processes,drilling hole and grouting being completed at the same time,and the process is simple.The jet grouting soil anchor can provide external pull-bearing capacity,reduce the bending moment,which is obvious to reduce horizontal displacement of piles.The related problems of jet grouting soil anchor applied in the deep foundation pit engineering of Wanda in Yixing city,which is characterized as large-scale excavation depth and support difficulty,have been studied in this paper.During engineering practices,it is found that jet grouting soil anchor can provide enough tension.Monitoring results show the maximum displacement of the supporting pile is on the top of the piles,which is about 14 mm and less than the design calculation results.This engineering practice proves that this technology is entirely feasible for pit supporting,and the social and economic effect are significant.The studying achievement has demonstration effects for similar projects in the future. |
