Civil instrument industry is a product demand atrophy,low profit products,product homogeneity serious,peer companies vicious competition.ZY Company is in the face of such a situation,need to optimize the existing customer relationship management,to improve the company's external marketing and internal management,to deal with more and more intense competition in the civilian instrumentation industry,better meet customer needs.First,the author studies the customer relationship management theory with the literature research method,to study ZY with case analysis method,in the context of civil instrument industry,based on the actual situation of ZY,the use of customer relationship management theory,analysis and discussion of ZY company customer relationship management optimization program.The optimization scheme is optimized by the information technology platform of customer relationship management,which is based on the status quo of customer relationship management in ZY.Finally,according to the present situation of company's customer relationship management,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of ZY company customer relationship management.This paper mainly solves the following problems:ZY company timely and effectively found customer value,can come up with customers really need products,and can set up ZY company in the industry product advantages;the good customer relationship management help ZY to company improve customer satisfaction,increase customer loyalty,reduce customer churn,improve employee marketing ability and company marketing work.
