| With the development of the national economy,modern transportation industry also has been considerable development in this context.Modern transportation industry are becoming larger provide a broad stage for the development of commercial transport vehicles,accelerates the transport enterprise demand for vehicles and vehicle accessory products.From a market perspective,the price of tires very expensive,generally occupy 20% to 25% of costs and operating expenses,especially for large transport companies,The number of vehicles is numerous,and the tire consumption is large,not to mention the needs to invest a lot of manpower and material resources for the tire artificial maintenance,periodically check the tires,to avoid unnecessary economic losses caused by all kinds of tire safety hazards.Therefore,we not only need to establish tire smart maintenance of transport vehicles based on the data model to predict the tire life and reduce operating costs of the transport industry,and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency and increase efficiency by downsizing staff.Based on detailed research,comprehensive analysis of the needs of the domestic transportation industry vehicle tire maintenance aspects,combined with vehicle transport company with its own characteristics,through the large data processing technology,massive historical data collection,storage,analysis,processing.Combining with distributed computing services by using regression and forecasting analysis method to predict the basic mileage tire maintenance.At the same time,we analyse and remedies the factors that have an impact in tire pressure,temperature,vehicle condition,vehicles load,driving habits and road condition.in last,we build the the final prediction model of tire maintenance.This paper focuses on the transportation enterprises tire maintenance management carried out the following work:First,we introduced and analyzed the weaknesses and shortcomings of traditional way of tire maintenance,we set a quantitative analysis of static and dynamic data in the system,and a comprehensive understanding of the amount of data classification and data systems.Thus illustrated the necessary of constructing prediction model of vehicle tire maintenance based on Big Data.According to the characteristics of transport enterprises,we introduce several common forecasting method,and select prediction method of regression analysis to calculate basic maintenance mileage predictions,laying a solid foundation of the the final data basis for the prediction model of tire maintenance.And we also introduced the model of tire maintenance system based on Big Data related key technologies.Second,according to the characteristics of enterprise transportation vehicle,we have detailed analysis and research on the factors which have affect the transport vehicle tire wear and tear,they are tire pressure,and environment temperature,and road,and load,and vehicles workers condition,and driving behavior habits,and to determine the effect and value of correction factor for each factor.Then relies on transport enterprise vehicles management system background of distributed calculation service,according to the return analysis forecast method calculation basic dimension insurance mileage forecast value,and through the forecast value and the six factor correction value to establish and implement the final prediction model of tire maintenance.Finally,we analyzed a practical application based on tire maintenance prediction model,and the results were compared with the actual situation,better results are obtained,and meets the design and the purpose of the study. |
