| With the speed-up of urbanization speed in China,the number of urban cars is increased rapidly,resulting in more serious environmental pollution and traffic jam.In order to relieve urban traffic pressure,some cities even have traffic system of odd or even number for limiting transportation,such as Beijing,Jinan and Lanzhou.However,the implementation of similar system can’t solve traffic jam and environmental problems.In order to look for a mode of harmonious development between human and nature,China pays more attention to constructing the eco-city and green traffic.By summarizing relevant theoretical foundation of eco-city and green traffic and combining with existing studies on relevant green traffic evaluation at home and abroad,the author quotes evaluation index of space shape to reconstruct the evaluation system,applies the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,evaluates the green traffic development from four aspects,including traffic system,resource consumption,environmental quality,and spatial form,and evaluates a living example of green traffic planning situation in Changsha Meixihu District,so as to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system.The main body can be divided into three parts:In the part one: that author elaborates the theoretical study foundation between the eco-city and green traffic relation,realizes the eco-city,concept analysis,features,and composition of green traffic,and has the preliminary understanding on these two theories,so as to provide a foundation on constructing the green traffic evaluation system.In the part two: According to the foundation of existing green traffic evaluation theory,the author introduces relevant index of spatial form to reconstruct the gr een traffic development,evaluates the green traffic development from four aspects,including traffic system,resource consumption,environmental quality,and spatial form,etc.,quantifies and standardizes various indexes,confirms a basic method for evaluation—entropy method for correcting weight,and finally constructs the green traffic evaluation index system and evaluation model.In the part three,the author applies the green traffic evaluation system and model confirmed in the part two to apply in the planning scheme of Changsha Meixihu District,scores and evaluates the living example application from four aspects,including traffic system,resource consumption,environmental quality and spatial form,calculates weight,draws a conclusion,verifies the feasibility of the evaluation system and method,and eventually proposes a relevant recommendation. |
