Transformer is an important component of equipment for power system,stability and reliability of its operation which can ensure the safety of entire power system reliable has a crucial role.Transformer failure is inclined to cause accidents and outages,endangering personal safety and property security.The traditional approach is based transformer maintenance repair faulty way again,with high maintenance costs,and can not achieve an early warning and latent failure of the transformer fault immediately removed.Therefore,studying on oil-immersed transformer integrated monitoring system is conducive to get real-time operating status data timely for oil-immersed transformer,and achieve early warning of oil-immersed transformer failure,improve the stability of power system operation.Firstly,according to the design requirements of oil-immersed transformer integrated monitoring systems,technical requirements and communication requirements,we achieve oil-immersed transformer system design,including design information collection terminal immersed transformer comprehensive monitoring system and the monitoring terminal.Secondly,according to oil-immersed transformer fault type and classification,we achieve design oil-immersed transformer on-line monitoring system,oil-immersed transformer integrated monitoring system monitoring module includes a partial discharge monitoring,ground current monitoring,oil dissolved gas monitoring,oil based Water content monitoring and oil monitoring.In order to improve transformer on-line monitoring equipment reliability and the transformer fault diagnosis accuracy,given the complexity of mechanism of transformer fault and multiplicity of symptoms,a single diagnosis method is difficult to make sound judgments,for oil chromatographic on-line monitoring method and Borda rule,a fault diagnosis method for power transformer based on a comprehensive analysis of the BP neural network is proposed in this paper.By comparison,it is found that the Borda combination model than Borda,SVM and BP has higher accuracy,can achieve better oil immersed transformer fault diagnosis.Finally,depending on the overall design of the structure immersed transformer comprehensive monitoring system and with the aid of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008,oil-immersed transformer integrated monitoring system is designed to achieve a real-time online monitoring and fault diagnosis system of oil-immersed transformer.With researching and designing on oil-immersed transformer integrated monitoring system,you can obtain real-time operational status of the oil-immersed transformer data which is helpful to achieve and remove oil-immersed transformer failure in real-time early warning and potential failure,the using life of oil-immersed transformer is extended and maintenance cost of the transformer is reduced,the researching has important practical significance and theoretical value.
