The cuplock steel tubular scaffold is widely used in the construction of cast-in-situ bridges,such as spatial cross bridges on the highway,overpasses and trestles in cities and so on,due to the advantages of perfect load-carrying performance,simple to erect and high economic effectiveness.For domestic research aimed at the structural system of steel bracket isn’t perfectly done,it’s difficult to form complete and systematic criteria.On the other hand,the structure of cuplock steel tubular scaffold collapses usually for the reason of being careless in the process of design and constructing.Therefore,it is extremely significant that to go on a research on the structure of cuplock steel tubular scaffold systematically.Having investigated and research on the accident of scaffold,the dissertation summarizes the specific reasons and puts forward some feasible precautionary measures.It also introduced 3 kinds of widely-used bracing forms,by the fact of analysing its advantages and disadvantages,detailed description on the load-carrying performance of the cuplock steel tubular scaffold and the connect condition of panel point,and put forward the method of mode creation and basic assumption.Based on No-backstays Partial Cable-stayed Bridge with Corrugated Steel Webs,it introduced the design and erection of steel tube bracket,applied finite-element analysis software of MIDAS/Civil to establish three-dimensional space model so that it can stimulate the practical load-carrying capability condition of the steel bracket.And it calculated the carrying capacity in order to provided technical assurance for the safety and stability of steel tube bracket in the process of construction.Also it proceeded research on the construction scheme of tower bracket,analyzed the imposed load,established simplified model,checked calculation of strength,stiffness and stability of steel tube bracket to guarantee the safety of leaning tower bracket,and provided referenced designing and constructing experience of kind of framework.Moreover,it conducted deep research on prepressing experiment of steel tube bracket,put forward the influence factor of setting precamber,built the calculating method of precamber and formwork elevation.On top of that,the guides the bridge greatly and provide a good example for this kind of engineering.
