With the continuous development of the real estate industry,the high-rise buildings that the frame shear wall structure plays an important role on are more and more.People usually open holes in shear walls of the high-rise buildings in order to meet much more demand of the function and use.Shear walls are main members of the frame-shear wall structure to resist lateral force,However,with holes in the shear wall will not only reduce the ability of resisting the lateral displacement,but also affect the seismic performance of the frame shear wall structure.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the mechanical properties of shear wall with holes in the frame shear wall structure office.The analysis can provide some theoretical basis for the retrofitting project,with large theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,we analyze an office of 15-storey frame-shear wall.First,the shear walls of the frame shear wall office are opened,the openings are divided into openings in the first floor shear wall and openings in shear walls of each layer.For each case,we select three models that are different in the hole size to analyze the effect of deformation and stress change of shear wall with opening.We establish three-dimensional finite element model by using ANSYS.Modal analysis and seismic response spectrum analysis are very necessary ways to analyze opening model.The following aspects are mainly studied in the paper:(1)Using ANSYS to establish finite element models of the original frame shear wall structure,openings in the first floor shear wall and openings in shear walls of each layer.In the case,we analyze respectively the mechanical properties of each finite element model by modal analysis to lay foundation for more in-depth study of the performance of each model under the earthquake.(2)With modal analysis to analyze respectively each model in this paper,and study 30 order frequency of each model,the first three modes of each model and the main vibration of each model.(3)On the basis of modal analysis,used the model of the earthquake acceleration response spectrum analysis to study the changes of floor displacement and inter-story drift angle of the structure caused by the earthquake with the change of the hole size.(4)Analyzed stress cloud of each model to study the influence of shear walls with their own stress with the change of the hole size,and ascertained the site of cracks of the shear wall in two situations of open hole to take reasonable and effective methods of reinforcement to provide theoretical guidance.
