Small current grounding system is widely used in our country 35kV and below the voltage level of power.This system has a high failure rate on the single-phase ground fault,and this caused different levels of risk and impact to the power system.This paper analyzes development of domestic and foreign of fault line's selection,we focus on analysis of fault characteristics and explore the principle of fault line selection methods and pitfalls.This paper has analysis of two single-phase ground fault feature on 10kv system.In order to extract the fault feature volume,we build the resonant grounded power distribution network simulation model of the system and conduct extensive simulations on different grounding resistance,different fault time and different petersen-coil compensation degree based on Simulink,and we understand the failure characteristics.This provides the basis for two points for the single-phase ground fault line selection.This paper discusses problems in the application of the alignment device,propose alignment direction of the research and development unit,that is we should use high-speed data acquisition device.The paper completes a petersen-coil generic controller design on signal acquisition,filtering and conditioning circuit.We propose to improve zero-sequence current increment method and its specific implementations with IPC-based general-purpose controller arc suppression coil.The main idea is to use "integrated difference method" to enlarge the fault signal,make the acquisition card apply to zero-sequence current data acquisition by design to achieve use minor adjustments the current to extract features of the more obvious the purpose of fault current,eliminating the traditional incremental approach to the adverse effects of arc,while improving the accuracy of fault line selection.Finally,we have a summary of the research and point out that the focus and direction for further research.
