| China railway has been in the rapid development period,traffic safety is one of the significant goals pursued in railway transportation.Signal devices in the railway electricity section are important facilities which guarantee the railway traffic safety.Therefore,it is very significant for traffic safety to ensure that Signal devices in the railway electricity section work very well troubleless.ZPW-TJ-Model Non-joint Automatic Blocking is one of the most important facilities to guarantee the high efficiency and security of railway.The ZPW-TJ-Model Non-joint Automatic Blocking are the more advanced system in our country.The existent testing systems is used for railway electricity section to maintain and repair shift frequency equipments.However,testing system designed for manufacturers to test equipments before leaving factory and maintain is a vacancy.Nowdays,manufacturers adopt manual testing technique which is a waste of time and effort,needs plenty of instruments and doesn’t conform to modern management.On the basis of compare and research on shift frequency equipments testing system home and abroad and based of manual testing technique,this paper proposes a Research and Design of Continual Monitor Based on ZPW-TJ-Model Non-joint Automatic Blocking.This Continual Monitor is the recurrence of manual test and the whole testing process hardly needs man’s assistance.So,it has utilitarian value for improving testing efficency,cutting down expenses and eliminating interference from subjective factors.First,the principle of ZPW·TJ-Model Non-joint Automatic Blocking is discussed.Then,the whole design scheme based on ZPW-TJ-Model Non-joint Automatic Blocking Continual Monitor is given,according to manual test process and compare and research.The Continual Monitor consists of software and hardware.The hardware of adopts signal proceesor RACK610 as core.With the assistance of system monitor,information analysis and handle,information collection,information isolated,autocoding setting and switch,simulate channels realizes the provision of input signal,collection,handle.The principle and circuit diagram of every module is expounded.The software of Continual Monitor based on ZPW·TJ-Model Non-joint Automatic Blocking is designed using Standard Windows and Programme LabWindows/CVI.Based of manual testing,the software realizes the test process of every parameter.After the theoretical and practical test,the device achived the requirements of the relevant standards of the railway industry.It has runned as a pilot in railway test and try-out and achieved good results. |
