The continuous transportation of granular bulk materials measurement and weighing is important link in industrial and agricultural production,storage and flow of products,but traditional for continuous weighing of transported material metering system cannot meet the rapid weighing,accurate measurement and trade settlement requirements.For the actual situation of continuous delivery of materials for weighing,the two key issues of right fast weighing and precise measurement were studied in this paper.As IIR filter is preferably,but its dynamic response is slow,while the Kalman filter having a good filtering performance,in order to balance the accuracy and speed of weighing system,presented the combination of IIR filter and Kalman filter algorithms,at the same time iterative learning control,resulting in improved the performance of the system.The particulate filter algorithm to solve the problem for weighing bulk materials provides a new and effective technical approach.The paper combines domestic and foreign continuous conveying of materials measurement weighing research results,developments and future direction.The article analyzes the continuous development of transportation of materials for weighing,filtering algorithms,iterative learning and control process specifically.The paper accounts material flow of dynamic switch and double weighing bucket mutual preparation buffer measurement way.It describes their measurement process control process and the difficulties faced in the control.Aiming at traditional continuous conveying of materials weighing metering accuracy of the weighing system is poor,and weighing speed is slow.This paper proposes filtering combining IIR filter and Kalman filter algorithm,and iterative learning control.This article carries out on the measurement of the weighing process simulation study.And simulation results show that,compared with only using the IIR filtering and Kalman filtering,combination of IIR and Kalman filtering clearly filter high frequency noise,random interference and pulsed interference is also effective wiped off.The output signal becomes stable.After combination of IIR and Kalman filtering algorithm and iterative learning control,the weighing accuracy and speed are improved.
