The Design And Research On Community Activity Center In The Development Of Urbanization

In the raped development of urbanization,It is a necessary process for the centralized construction of cultural buildings which is based on organizing big volumes,however,the service radius of large cultural buildings is too large to fill the relative lack of social cultural service facilities for citizens.Besides,the improving of community service system is the inevitable trend of urbanization and meeting the needs of citizens’ cultural life.As a material carrier to provide community public space,Community centers has become an important part of community construction,playing an active role in the process of building a harmonious community.Based on the research on the evolution and function component of community activity centers,summing up the point of community activity center,this essay aims to provide a reference for the future construction of a community activity center.The first chapter is a main introduction of the background,purpose and objective of the research,the domestic and foreign research review and explanation of conception.It is the start and orientation of the paper.The second chapter is the development and analysis of community activity centers,mainly on the development process and practice of building communities and community centers abroad,summing up construction problems of the community center in our country.The third chapter starts from the design principles of a community center under the guidance of community culture,carry out a comprehensive and specific analysis and summary from the location,scale,traffic organization in the master plan to functional structure,composition,etc.for the basic outline of community activity center.Based on the above analysis,the fourth chapter does the research on the interior spatial space design of the community center.First,analyze the structure of the system and its spatial organization,and thus the function organization of the internal space and then focus on lobby,atrium and conversional space as the representative of public spaces.The final chapter studies the creation of external space design of the community,start from integration with the external environment,analyze and summarize the morphological characteristics of outer spaces,and then discuss the main outer space form featuring to plaza,courtyards and roof space.Finally,analyze the landscaping,water features,paving and landscape sketches and other landscape elements to create a comfortable environment of outer space for citizens.
